Object of the Game
The goal of Pavlov’s House is to last until the 7th Company, 3rd Battalion, 42nd Guards Rifle Regiment of the 13th Guards Division is tasked with storming a key German strongpoint during the Battle of Stalingrad. In the game, this is depicted by playing through a deck of cards representing elements of the German 6th Army.
Pavlov’s House was a fortified apartment building used as a strongpoint by the Soviet 62nd Army during the pivotal Battle of Stalingrad in WW2. Soviet defenders - primarily from the 7th Company, 3rd Battalion, 42nd Guards Rifle Regiment of the 13th Guards Division - held out for almost two months from a constant German assault. The building’s name was drawn from Yakov Pavlov, a sergeant who led the initial storm group assault that resulted in the capture of the building from the Germans. The story of Pavlov’s House was a key piece of Soviet propaganda and was used as a symbol of the incredible resistance of Soviet forces during the Battle of Stalingrad.
This military-themed expansion features not only the same Campaign Mode and Advanced Rules seen in Washington Z.C., but also a slew of new additions like a special Military Equipment deck, new regular Equipment and Pimpweapons to replace the core ones, military base tiles, veteran survivors, and, of course, zombie soldiers! In this medium-weight board game for 1-4 players, you take turns placing path tokens on one of the two boards. Placing a token on the main board allows the player to get cards, but playing them requires meeting certain requirements. Playing a token on the bonfire board activates special actions (which helps to implement a chosen strategy) and gives the opportunity to achieve goals that provide additional points. Throughout the game, players collect cards in their meadow and surroundings area. At the end, the player with the most points on cards and on the bonfire board wins.
Meadow also includes envelopes with additional cards to open at specific moments.

The party of mercenaries must face all of these perils, and perhaps in doing so, make peace with these new races so they can work together against even more sinister forces.
Frosthaven is a standalone adventure from the designer and publisher of Gloomhaven that features sixteen new characters, three new races, more than twenty new enemies, more than one hundred new items, and a new, 100-scenario campaign. Characters and items from Gloomhaven will be usable in Frosthaven, and vice versa.

Either working alone or in teams, in each round of Exit: The Game – Kids: Jungle of Riddles players are presented with a different type of puzzle, which are shown on 36 large-format picture cards that are combined in new ways. Answer the riddles to open treasure chests.
Hoppy Salmon features the same gameplay as Happy Salmon, but with an Easter twist.
Each player starts with a deck of cards that each feature one action: High Five, Egg Spin, Fish Bump, and Hoppy Salmon. When the game starts, everyone flips over the top card of their deck and calls out the action shown. When two players have a match, they celebrate by performing the action. (If you don't match anyone, you can wait or you can slide your top card to the bottom of your deck and reveal a new card.)
Each time a player celebrates a match, they discard that card. The first person to get rid of all their cards wins.

After 14-20 rounds, the clan that has collected the most status wins.

Take Ruby for example:
As Ruby’s name implies, she is an expert at mining for rubies. She will produce +1 Ruby for you if you hire her. Her foe (on the left) is Diamond and her friend (on the right) is Sapphire. Diamond will rob Ruby of a gem if she gets a chance (hence the minus symbol), but Sapphire will get an extra gem from the ruby mine supply with the help of his friend (hence the plus symbol).
Friend Actions (+ pluses) are cumulative allowing you take several gems in one turn. Foe Actions (-minuses) rob other players of valuable gems. The crux of the game is to know how and when to take advantage of the Dwarfs’ friendships and rivalries for your gain.

Make your fate! Inspired by character-driven fantasy storytelling, Call to Adventure challenges 1-4 players to create the hero with the greatest destiny by acquiring traits, facing challenges, and overcoming adversaries.
Call to Adventure features a unique "rune rolling" system for resolving challenges, a point-based system that encourages storytelling, and over 150 unique cards. Players begin each game with an origin card that provides their backstory as well as two "starter" abilities. Each round they may either acquire trait cards from the board or face a challenge. Challenges each have two possible paths a player can choose from. For example, players who encounter the Thieves' Guild may choose to train as a spy, or train as a killer. Each challenge has a difficulty that must be overcome by rolling successes on carved runes. The more a player has of the abilities required to overcome the challenge, the more runes they will be able to cast.
Failed challenges lead players to acquire experience points that may be spent to "push" through tougher challenges. But beware, while some negative experiences will help your hero grow, too many tragedies set them on a dark path.
As players' heroes grow in ability and experience, they move on to harder challenges, eventually facing deadly adversaries and acquiring more and more destiny points. The player whose hero has the highest destiny score wins the game.

On the cursed shores of Ouroboros Island, a fearsome time storm has wrecked several pirate ships in a desolate harbor. What's worse, you're cursed to live the same day over and over again until the time storm subsides!
At the start of each loop in Chrono Corsairs, players simultaneously select plans to place into their timeline. Then, you follow those plans to move your crew around the island. Events happen at the same time in the same place every loop, so as you explore the island, you'll unlock its secrets and learn to avoid its many dangers.
At the end of each loop, all the pieces on the board reset as you collect treasure. Doubloons must be spent to upgrade your crew, while time gems can be kept from loop to loop. As the time storm's intensity increases over the course of the game, it unlocks new scoring opportunities and produces strange anomalies. When the time storm breaks, the game ends and the pirate with the most treasure wins.

Clans of Caledonia is a mid-to-heavy economic game set in 19th-century Scotland. At this time, Scotland made the transition from an agricultural to an industrialized country that heavily relied on trade and export. In the following years, food production increased significantly to feed the population growth. Linen was increasingly substituted by the cheaper cotton and raising sheep was given high importance. More and more distilleries were founded and whisky became the premium alcoholic beverage in Europe.
Players represent historic clans with unique abilities and compete to produce, trade and export agricultural goods and of course whisky!
The game ends after five rounds. Each round consists of the three phases:
1. Players take turns and do one of eight possible actions, from building, to upgrading, trading and exporting. When players run out of money, they pass and collect a passing bonus.
2. In the production phase, each player collects basic resources, refined goods and cash from their production units built on the game map. Each production unit built makes income visible on the player mat. Refined goods require the respective basic resource.
3. Players receive VPs depending on the scoring tile of the current round.
The game comes with eight different clans, a modular board with 16 configurations, eight port bonuses and eight round scoring tiles.
The classic detective game! A game for those who enjoy reasoning and thinking things out.
In Clue, players move from room to room in a mansion to solve the mystery of: who done it, with what, and where? Players are dealt character, weapon, and location cards after the top card from each card type is secretly placed in the confidential file in the middle of the board. Players must move to a room and then make a suggestion against a character saying they did it in that room with a specific weapon. The player to the left must show one of any cards mentioned if in that player's hand. Through deductive reasoning each player must figure out which character, weapon, and location are in the secret file. To do this, each player must uncover what cards are in other players hands by making more and more suggestions. Once a player knows what cards the other players are holding, they will know what cards are in the secret file, and then make an accusation. If correct, the player wins, but if incorrect, the player must return the cards to the file without revealing them and may no longer make suggestions or accusations.
Note: There are some early versions of Clue which are labeled as 2-6 players. Recent and current issues of the game state 3-6 players.
