Trading cards ship in bubble mailers or sturdy boxes.

Board games and collectibles ship in padded boxes with protective fill.

Fragile items receive extra packaging.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as the label is created.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

Lost packages:
Once a package is handed to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery.
We will help file a claim if your package is lost in transit.
