Refunds & Returns – Game Knights LLC

At Game Knights, we want every adventurer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

In-Store Purchases

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt.

  • Items must be in their original, sellable condition.

  • Opened trading card products, mystery boxes, blind bags, and collectibles cannot be returned.

Online Purchases 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is damage, missing items, or a defect.

  • We may request photos for verification.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened TCG products

  • Digital goods

  • Event entries

  • Clearance items

  • Perishable items (e.g., snacks, drinks)

Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item when available.
